Building High-Performance Professionals: A Mental Fitness Framework for Talent Development Professionals

Description:

This session introduces a practical mental fitness framework designed to help Professional Development leaders better understand how internal operating states influence performance, behavior, and decision-making. Participants will explore how stress shows up across teams, how self-sabotage patterns emerge in high performers, and how to build systems that support self-regulation and consistent execution.

Through actionable strategies and scalable frameworks, attendees will gain tools to support their own well-being initiatives and enhance training programs to develop more resilient, effective professionals across their organizations.
