Christina Wells is the Senior Vice President of Operations & People at Flo , bringing over 15 years of experience in recruiting and HR leadership within the high-tech industry. She is passionate about implementing best practices in recruiting and is always focused on optimizing the candidate experience. In her spare time, Christina enjoys brainstorming innovative strategies to enhance recruitment processes and elevate talent engagement.

Jeffrey DaRocha-Boyle

Jeffrey DaRocha-Boyle is the Director of Professional Development at Fish & Richardson, where he leads firmwide training and performance management strategy for over 450 legal professionals. He focuses on aligning talent development with business outcomes, with particular expertise in performance evaluations and the integration of AI into legal workflows. Jeff serves on the Board of the Professional Development Consortium and the NALP Foundation Advisory Board on Legal Performance Evaluations.

Tyler Hurson is a Staff Engineer and Team Lead at Flo, where he leads the architecture and delivery of the company's Performance Management platform. With over eight years of experience spanning startups and large-scale systems, including roles at Amazon, he focuses on translating complex product requirements into scalable, high-impact software. Tyler played a key role in launching Flo's Performance Management product, which has seen strong early adoption across customers.

Sheryl Floyd is the product marketing manager at Flo. She has 15+ years in software tech marketing at large and startup organizations. She has translated technical features into benefits and values across industries ranging from hospitality to fintech to recruiting software. At Flo, she focuses on bringing performance evaluations to life for law firms of all sizes.
