Since 2016, Calibrate and the PDC have been partnering to gather data surrounding the compensation and workload of professional development professionals in law firms. We are pleased to share the results of our fourth benchmarking survey for members of the PDC in this upcoming webinar. 

The data that will be presented from the 2025 Compensation Survey provides the most accurate and up-to-date salary and bonus information for professional development teams in order to support decisions regarding budgets and compensation structures.
